New build house
A high specification 3 bedroom new build house constructed by MJ Construction of Dinas Powys. We have worked with MJ Construction on a number of projects and they recommended that the customer install air conditioning to cool and heat the bedrooms as overheated bedrooms can be a problem when buildings are insulated to the latest regulations.
The installation
We installed the latest generation of the Daikin Multi-Split Inverter condensing unit, one outdoor unit and three indoor units on this install (You can install up to 6 indoor cassettes off the one outdoor unit). The Daikin Bluevolution unit is very energy efficient (A+++) and is the only heating source installed in the bedrooms of the property. The indoor units are very quiet and they will heat the bedrooms far quicker than conventional radiators and with the bonus of cooling in the summer.
Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own indoor unit for maximum flexibility, each unit is individually controlled so you can have one, two or three systems running at any one time. The indoor units are controlled by the new touch screen Madoka controllers with built in Bluetooth connectivity.
