Fusion is located on Nolton Road Bridgend and is next to La Cocina and opposite Marble Steakhouse, all restaurants run by the same team. The owner now has three restaurants in Bridgend, La Cocina serving vibrant, quality & authentic tapas. Marble Steakhouse cooking quality meats over fire for a flavour packed experience. And now Fusion serving delicious Asian inspired small plates all in the heart of Bridgend.
The restaurant was completely renovated for the new Fusion restaurant, with the high cost of opening and running a new restaurant the owner wanted a simple and cost effective solution to heat and cool the restaurant. We chose to install a Mitsubishi Electric ceiling mounted indoor unit to cover the bar and seating area.
The Mitsubishi Electric system is very economical to run with an A+++ Energy Efficiency rating in cooling or heating for the lowest possible running costs, they are very quiet and will provide all the heating and cooling requirements for the restaurant throughout the year.
